A friend of mine has been on my case to write a post on how to increase butt size naturally. The amusing part is that she's got a sizeable butt for her physique, but she needs an increase in size........without surgery.
Well, I did a bit of research and came up with these few tips. I hope this helps you "DEAR FRIEND". lol
Weight Training
The first thing you can do to enhance your buttocks is weight training. This will help you get a bigger butt quickly. Some of the weight training exercises that will help you are squats, lunges, and leg presses. These exercises should be done at two or three times a week.
Small, Healthy Meals
Another buttock enhancement tip is to eat small, healthy meals. This will help you get sexy curves. There are certain types of foods that will help you get a bigger butt. Foods that will help you are protein, fruits, veggies, and complex carbs. Be sure you eat a small, healthy meal every two to three hours.
Here’s an example of some of the foods that you can eat. For protein, you can eat chicken breast, lean beef, lean fish, protein shakes, and turkey breast. For complex carbs, you can eat sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread and pasta.
Cardio Workouts
The third enhancing tip that will help you get a bigger buttocks is to do cardio workouts. These workouts include doing pilates, aerobics, kick boxing, jogging or walking fast on the treadmill, and using the stair master. You don’t have to do all of them. But you should at least do one of the workouts two to three times a week.
Buttock Enhancement Cream
The fourth enhancing tip that will help you get a bigger buttocks is to use a buttock enhancement cream along with all the above techniques being employed.
